  • The item must not have been misused, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been modified or altered after purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper operation
  • Custom or special-order equipment (unless faulty)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping

  • We will arrange a suitable resolution, including return, repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you
